Workup4Future is a social impact entrepreneurship program conducted by Tenity in partnership with Türkiyeİş Bankası. The program aims to support entrepreneurs who are developing innovative solutions within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals.
In this 2.5-month program, startups with at least an MVP-level solution are selected in areas such as disaster technologies, environment and sustainability, social inequalities, clean energy, transportation and mobility, waste management, and social service technologies. These solutions should leverage smart technologies to increase efficiency, protect nature, or contribute to climate actions. Participants receive mentorship from industry experts, engage in workshops and inspirational events, and have opportunities for business development with İş Bankası and its group companies. The program also offers access to an extensive national and international business network and opportunities to connect with investors.
As one of Turkey's largest banks, İş Bankası shapes all its strategic decisions and business processes with an integrated and long-term perspective in line with its founding philosophy and understanding of sustainability. The bank focuses on creating shareable and sustainable value through its business model, which it refers to as "İş Bankası Banking."
