Tenity launches IOTA APAC Accelerator Program

Tenity to launch IOTA Accelerator in Singapore for early-stage startups to join the IOTA ecosystem building RWA Tokenisation Products and Infrastructure.

In a significant development for the blockchain ecosystem, Tenity is excited to announce its partnership with the IOTA Foundation through the launch of the IOTA Accelerator in Singapore. This new 12-week program is dedicated to support and bring pioneering entrepreneurs into the IOTA ecosystem building RWA tokenization products and infrastructure.

“We’ve seen unmatched talent and innovation in the APAC region,” says Dominik Schiener, Co-Founder and Chairman of the IOTA Foundation. “Tenity shares in our ethos that tokenized RWAs can provide sustainable value to institutions and users in Singapore and beyond. New entrants to the market can benefit from strategically analyzing their business and strengthening their acumen to realize this next chapter of the digital asset evolution.”

The program will kick-off in June 2024 and run through September 2024, culminating with a public Demo Day for participating startups in the vibrant Singapore ecosystem during Token2049. 

Selected startups of this inaugural edition of the IOTA Accelerator will not only receive a USD $50,000 grant to support their venture, but also gain unparalleled guidance from leading figures in the industry, tailored advice to perfect their product-market fit, and extensive networking opportunities with potential investors and business allies. 

The program is looking for strong, technical founding teams that leverage (or plan to leverage) IOTA’s tangle to build awesome products, especially in the following areas:

• Real World Assets (RWA)
• DeFi
• Institutional DeFi Services
• Infrastructure

The accelerator will adopt a hybrid format, combining virtual engagement with essential in-person events, including the much-anticipated Demo Day during Token2049. The curriculum is designed to encompass a comprehensive exploration of market entry barriers, needs, and monetization strategies, followed by a validation phase for refining strategic blueprints.
