On March 5, 2025, WomanUp once again proved why it’s more than just an event—it’s a movement. Held at JustWork, this year’s gathering brought together an inspiring group of women professionals, entrepreneurs, and mentors to explore the theme "Inner Strength, Outer Impact." Through insightful discussions, hands-on workshops, and meaningful networking, participants walked away with new perspectives, valuable connections, and a renewed sense of empowerment.
The day began with a warm Registration & Welcoming Session, setting the stage for an inspiring journey ahead. Esengül Sağdınç, Startup Programs Director at Tenity, and Hilal Yılmaz, Marketing Manager at Tenity, took the stage to introduce Tenity and the vision behind WomanUp—a platform dedicated to redefining leadership and fostering meaningful connections among women in business.
Following their introduction, Sinem Kılıç, Community Manager at JustWork, shared insights about the role of inclusive and dynamic workspaces in fostering meaningful connections and professional growth. She emphasized the importance of creating environments where collaboration, innovation, and community-building thrive, ensuring that women-led initiatives receive the support they need to make a lasting impact.
The first session, led by Nehir Südoğan, Human Design Analyst at Living Your Design Guide, introduced attendees to the science of Human Design—a tool that helps individuals align with their genetic blueprint and decision-making strategies. Nehir explained how understanding one's Human Design chart can provide clarity on strengths, inner authority, and personal strategy, enabling women to navigate leadership and career paths with confidence and authenticity. Participants explored how embracing their unique energy type—whether Manifestor, Generator, Projector, or Reflector—could help them make better decisions and maximize their professional impact.
Next, İrem Sefa Yayımlar, Founder of brandyMe Personal Brand Consultancy, led a compelling discussion on the role of feminine energy in personal branding. She emphasized that a strong personal brand is not about trends or external expectations but about alignment between who you are and how you present yourself. İrem guided participants through key elements of personal branding, including self-awareness, reputation management, and emotional intelligence. She encouraged participants to define their brand promise and craft a communication strategy that feels genuine, sustainable, and impactful.
After that session, Sabina Babayeva, Head of Istanbul Hub at Tenity, delivered a thought-provoking session on The Strategy of Transformation. She walked attendees through a three-step framework—Reflect, Align, and Plan—designed to drive meaningful change. Sabina introduced the Wheel of Life, a self-assessment tool that helps individuals identify areas that need growth and improvement. She then encouraged participants to envision their ideal future—where they live, their career goals, their personal well-being—and to structure their actions accordingly. The session concluded with an emphasis on setting realistic yet transformative goals, avoiding common mistakes like setting too many objectives at once, and tying goals to one’s identity for long-term success.
After a well-deserved networking break, to close the main sessions, Diğdem Girici, Founder and Wellness Director at Ginkgo Wellness Studio, led an immersive Sound Therapy for Inner Balance session. This unique experience allowed attendees to unwind, reconnect with themselves, and embrace mindfulness—a powerful reminder that leadership is also about self-care and emotional well-being.
The event concluded with final reflections from Esengül Sağdınç, followed by an engaging Networking Session, where participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas, build relationships, and explore potential collaborations.
WomanUp 2025 was not just about listening and learning—it was about action, transformation, and community. With every conversation, workshop, and shared moment, attendees embraced the power of authentic leadership, collaboration, and resilience.
As we look ahead, we remain committed to empowering more women, creating more spaces for growth, and building a future where leadership is defined by inclusivity, strength, and authenticity.
